London College of Fashion

I am currently in the process of completing my degree: Integrated Msc. Strategic Fashion Management. During my time at L.C.F I completed an internship with LoveTheSales and worked on modules such as Product, Marketing and Operations management and Luxury Brand management which allowed me to showcase skills gained over the course of my studies and through my experience with DominAsian Magazine. The degree also stresses on the importance of digital skills and understanding the impact of culture on business - a unit during which I learned beginner Mandarin Chinese and applied cultural models to business practices. Additionally, a lot of importance has been placed on the financial literacy skills of the students - I have completed the modules of Accounting and Economics and Corporate Finance.

 

I have curated an understanding of branding, connecting with audiences and creating meaningful campaigns and products through academic and practical experience.

This assignment required for us to create a sneaker brand, complete with a market analysis, marketing strategy and a product overview. In order to complete this unit, we also had to complete a negotiation practical exam.

This assignment required us to create an expansion strategy for a brand of our choice from a selected list of brands. I chose Sabyasachi and highlighted how it can further its expansion into the West through leveraging its brand heritage with strategic partnerships and collaborations. For this unit, we also gave an in-person exam that revolved around a case study of either Burberry or Gucci. 

This assignment required for us to apply business models to the CSR presented by a business of our choice - for which I chose Nike.
